Design Mechanical Engineer
The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for the implementation of post-launch design changes. In this role you have the possibility to initiate and execute design reviews with a multi-functional team.
Job Requirements
- Lead implementation of post-launch design changes.
- Collaborate and coordinate between functional groups such as Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, and Service
- Create design change documentation and ensure design change process compliance
- Generate design concepts, develop detailed designs, ensure design meets specifications and fulfills its purpose
- Create and revise technical specifications
- Analyze data from installed base and drives root cause investigation
- Work with suppliers to ensure manufacturability and to address technical issues
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Relevant working experience of 5-8 Year Experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical principles, theories, and concepts in mechanical engineering and ability to employ sound project management
- Mechanical Design – Expertise regarding mechanical processes and capabilities that impact design
- Confirmed understanding of CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks preferred)
- Design Control – Knowledge in the application of design controls and development processes
- Strong written and verbal English communications skills.
