About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Agent who will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of agricultural inputs to clients and ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of agricultural inputs to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory management and reporting.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of agricultural inputs during transport to prevent damage or contamination.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including delivery times, locations, and goods delivered.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the company’s data management system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of client orders and delivery schedules.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Respond to client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor the performance of the delivery team and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination and data management, preferably in the agricultural inputs sector.
• Strong understanding of data management systems and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
