Stores Supervisor
Reporting to :
- Project Manager or his designee(s).
Job Specifications :
- Minimum of a degree in Stores Management or previous experience in a similar role/environment.
- 5 years experience in inventory management and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel
- Added advantage – trained ISO 9001:2015 awareness/internal auditor
Job Summary :
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Prepare, coordinate and implement consolidated procurement plans and ensure user departments adhere to it in line with approved budgets on the ERP.
- Maintain store staff job results by training, counselling and monitoring employees.
- Ensure the availability of merchandise by executing purchasing plans and maintaining inventories.
- Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.

- Plastering
- Painting
- Doors and Windows installation
- Electrical

Job Specifications :
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a construction finishing supervisor.
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management
- Continuous improvement attitude.
- To act with integrity and honesty at all times.
- Ability to read and understand drawings/specifications.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules while maintaining safety and profitability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work within the project framework and adhere to all Company guidelines and policies.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Job Summary :
- Provide full time HANDS ON site supervision,
- Effectively allocate labour, equipment, materials and artisans to maximise productivity, safety and to minimise deficiencies.
- Effectively understand the project schedule to ensure deadlines are met on time.
- Communicate scope of work requirements to artisans, review production, quality and ensure implementation.
- Quantify and track all materials inclusive of ordering, inspecting and verifying shipments from suppliers.
- Calculate, monitor and track all materials required for each project ensuring no overruns.
- Correspond with the project manager team regarding all adjustments as required, ensuring any materials are ordered in advance in order to meet deadlines.
- Conduct daily tool box talks for his team.
- Communicate and administer all Safety policies and conduct site safety meetings.
- Resolve day to day field personnel issues and provide incident reports for head office files.

Accountant
Reporting to :
- Head Of Finance.
Job Specifications :
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Previous 2 years work experience in a similar position.
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
- Proficient user of finance software e.g SAP, proficiency google sheets etc
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and Accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
- Professional qualification such as CPA or similar will be considered an added advantage.
- Member of a professional body; ICPAK
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
Job Summary :
- Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
- Examining expenses submitted by employees and reconciliation of company petty cash on a monthly basis.
- Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable.
- Following up with the sales department on accounts receivable.
- Reconciliation of both the Account payable and accounts receivable on monthly basis.
- Analysing data collected in order to determine the state of the company’s financial health
- Inventory management and coordination of monthly stock take
- Examining the proficiency of the software programs used to organise data
- Generating financial reports that display the company’s profits, equity and cash flow
- Establish and develop relations with Senior management, external partners and stakeholders.
- Making sure that all entries made in the SAP are correct by checking the postings on a monthly basis.
