Deputy Head Teacher II (C4/T-Scale 9) – 195 Positions

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT

To qualify for appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –

be currently assigned by the Commission to perform the duties of Deputy Head teacher at T-Scale 8 (C3);
have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;
meet the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution; and
meet any other requirements deemed necessary by the Commission.

Senior Teacher I (C3/T-Scale 8) – 223 Positions

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT

To qualify for appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –

be currently assigned by the Commission to perform the duties of Deputy Head teacher at T-Scale 7 (C2)
have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;
meet the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution; and
meet any other requirements deemed necessary by the Commission.

Deputy Principal III (Senior Secondary School) T-Scale11 – 15 Positions

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT

For appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –

have served as Senior Master III T-Scale 10 for a minimum period of three (3) years;
have at least a Diploma in Special Needs Education (in the area of specialty indicated);
have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;
meet the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution;
meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.

NOTE:

Candidates who are successful in the interviews shall be required to present valid Chapter 6 documents before they are appointed
