You’ll be in charge of:

• Conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting as well tracking key business metrics.
• Acting as a Finance Partner to the Heads of Departments.
• Leading the team in ensuring the finance operations are in line with legal and fiscal expectations.
• Supporting the Finance Director in building finance strategy, planning, documenting and analyzing financial information.
• Supporting the Finance Director in the budgeting process.
• Managing and growing a team of Finance assistants and Accountants.

More about YOU

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in either Finance/Accounting, Business Management.
• Relevant professional qualification in Finance/Accounting eg CPA, ACCA or CFA
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years experience in managing a team in a busy finance department.
• Audit experience will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of financial reporting.
• Proficient in working with google workspace and Microsoft office apps.
• Excellent time management and work planning skills.
• Strong ethics and very accountable.
• Excellent team management skills.
• Flexible and willing to travel from time to time.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Issuing invoices and preparing invoice reconciliation summary reports.
• Verifying of accounting documents submitted for reimbursement.
• Filing of company documents and prepayments amortization schedule.
• Supporting the audit process as requested

More about YOU

• A Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) training and/or qualification preferred;
• Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Basic Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping concepts.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented. Time management skills.
