Restaurant Operations Associate
Job description
- Manage daily orders and communication with kitchen staff for food preparation, delivery partners for food delivery and customers for updates and feedback.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to review operational metrics. Work towards continuous improvement of various metrics.
- Manage and grow sales on our various food delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, Bolt Food, Jumia Food and Glovo.
- Manage our various organic order channels (walk-in customers, orders received via calls/WhatsApp/ANDO Food Delivery App)
Requirements
- 2+ years work experience in the F&B industry at restaurants such as ArtCaffe, Java House etc
- Customer service mind-set
- Attention to detail
- Hungry for growth
- Loves food
- Hustle
